Melissa Perry joined White Berman in 2014. Melissa completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2010 and was admitted to practice in the same year.
Melissa is a community-minded lawyer, who strives to assist people with accessing justice. Melissa is a passionate advocate and takes a creative approach to difficult and/or unique legal problems to try to get the best outcomes for her clients.
Melissa has extensive experience in Criminal Law, from routine Magistrates Court matters to serious major indictable charges. Melissa also practices in all aspects of Family Law children's issues and Family Law property settlements, and all aspects of Wills & Estates law including Probate and Estate Claims, as well as civil litigation and property conveyancing.
Melissa is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and is actively involved in the Law Society's Criminal Law Committee.
